The process had its ups and downs, as most property transactions do, but overall we were pleased with how things were handled once a buyer was secured.

A special mention to Lianna, who managed our sale from offer accepted through to completion. She was excellent throughout. Proactive, responsive and calm under pressure. She kept things moving in the chain and stepped in to help even when our onward purchase agent was slow to respond. That level of support made a real difference at what can be a stressful time.
