I cannot recommend Anna Smith (Ely Estate Agent) more highly!

She has a refreshingly bright and modern approach to the typically staid and traditional estate agent business, with an incredibly strong talent for marketing through video/social media... while a picture tells a thousand words, in this day-and-age a video is worth *SO* much more.

The team around her are fantastic, everyone from the office team, the photographer, the videographer, etc. were brilliant.

And [another] one of Anna's standout differentiators is that she has a dedicated sales progressor on her team whose sole job is to ensure all parties (and especially their solicitors!) are aware of what is going on and to keep things moving forward. This can prove to be a crucial factor to a successful property sale given the way in which most UK property transactions seem to done!

Of course all this excellence does mean that the pressure is on you as the seller to have a product worthy of Anna's attention. So if you have a gorgeous property which you want to sell for top dollar (pound?!), do not hesitate to give Anna a call. You will not regret it.

We decided to sell our property with Anna Smith from IAD estate agents after watching her posts for properties she was selling and the way she walked from room to room with excitement in a way that really engages you to want to buy. Anna uses drones to get fabulous aerial views of the property so with this we called for a chat about the property we wanted to sell and instantly decided she was the agent for us after making us feel fully confident our property would sell and in no time at all it was marketed and a buyer found in the first week. Anna has a strong professional team that takes care of each aspect of the sale making the sale so smooth from selling to conveyancing it only took an impressive seven weeks to complete the sale. Anna brings a personal touch that you rarely find from your normal high street estate agents. She represented my house beautifully, and we had it sold STC within a week.
