As a landlord it's important that your agent can be relied to manage the property on your behalf. Ensure that all the relevant checks take place. Return your calls and take prompt action when necessary. It's also important for tennant retention, that they feel supported and their concerns are addressed. What Zest is doing is starting to feel a bit like harassment. I decided not to rent a flat they had available and yet they keep writing me and asking me if I want to rent. Very weird.
