A very informative 2.5 hours of compliance training which was delivered clearly and with a little humour! It was a great refresher for me and emphasised the need for honesty and transparency in everything we do. It also highlighted that there were elements of changes to regulation/legislation that I was unaware of.

Mike is an exceptional trainer. There is nothing that this guy doesnt know. Been in the Estate Agency industry in one way shape or form for 50 years, he has collected a wealth of knowledge. His courses are very well presented and he keeps your interest even in 3 hour or so AML courses. I have used him before and would have no hesitation in using him again.

I did an AML course this morning and was really pleasantly surprised. It was super informative and actually quite enjoyable, Michael did a great job of making a pretty dry subject feel interesting and easy to follow. Definitely worth doing!

As always Mike's course is packed full of content and relevant to the audience. Mike answers any questions posed, fully but in a way that is easy to understand; not always the case where regulations and legislation is concerned - Highly recommend!
