A short message of appreciation for Tim and the team at Masons. Although we are yet to find our next home, Tim has been exceptional, with great hospitality and flexibility with viewings.

We just sold our house with Masons. Jake Challis was our agent, he was professional, communicative and honest. On top of that he was friendly, kind and went well above and beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend Masons, and Jake in particular.

I really cannot recommend Masons enough. They have been fantastic throughout. Tim came round (after working hours) for a valuation and both Tim and Jake gave us good advice which led to us accepting an offer on our house within a few weeks.

The house we bought was also being sold by Masons. We knew we had definitely made the right choice to go with them when Will was by far the most professional and polite estate agent we had dealt with when viewing properties.

Even though I didn’t eventually buy a property advertised by Masons Estate Agents Caversham, they were the BEST agents to deal with during my search for my new home. Tim in particular has such good knowledge of Caversham and a feel for its pulse, having grown up here. Everyone else in the team is really patient and friendly, speaking with a thorough understanding of each properly, and clearly very well liked by the sellers of all the properties, which is evident in the trust placed in their able hands.
