The service I received was first class. I was selling an empty property and left the keys with the agent. I was kept informed of all viewings. Nicole who helps with the progress of the sale was invaluable. I would definitely use this agent again in the future.

Great Experience with Normie’s - Nigel signed us up (sooo knowledgeable about the area and we appreciated his advice regarding pricing etc). Nicole was amazing (she dealt with our sale and recommended an excellent solicitor ‘Amit Shalom and her colleague Aisha’ (best selling experience ever with a solicitor). Didn’t matter who answered in the office - they were all great. Couldn’t have asked for better. The only small issue was that I didn’t like the app - it didn’t show stat’s regarding how many people had searched or looked at the property online etc and the online feedback was very generic. The agent’s were great and gave in-depth feedback. All in all - Brilliant! Thank you

I bought my house through Normie and they were actually really good to deal with. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kept me updated on what was going on. Nicole checked in with me quite a bit and let me know where things were up to which I appreciated because the buying process can get a bit confusing.

There were a few hold ups with the solicitors but Normie kept chasing things and made sure it didn’t go quiet which helped a lot. Communication was decent and I always felt like I knew the next step.

Overall had a good experience buying with them, so grateful for the help, and will be back when I resell.

Very good, professional and helpful. At the beginning, they were excellent at marketing the property and included social media e.g. Instagram and Facebook. As a result, they we're able to generate good interest which led to offers. At this stage, they were also very helpful advising us on selecting the most appropriate offer and therefore a realistic buyer. They we're also very good managing the chain so that multiple sales and purchases will be able to go through on the same day. Well done!
