This week I completed on my new apartment, the first step in building my property portfolio, and the team delivered exactly what I needed from start to finish. They truly understood what I was looking for and consistently sourced opportunities that matched perfectly.

A big thank you to Lucinda and Harrison, who secured a property on the exact street I had in mind, not luck, just precision and listening properly. The deal itself was excellent, negotiated as a strong cash purchase with an agreed timeline of under 8 weeks.

What really sets them apart is execution. Julie pushed the process relentlessly and we completed in under 3 weeks. That doesn’t happen without serious effort and control of the process.

They are also genuinely lovely, understanding people you can be real with, which makes a big difference when you’re going through a process like this.

They also made recommendations to support a speedy legal conveyancing transaction, and I went with Najmin at Hennah Haywood Law, who went above and beyond. We were actually ready to complete in just 2 weeks, with the only delay coming from the seller’s side.

Sue was amazing throughout the whole process of selling our house. Like with Scott, the sale took about 6 months due to delays in the chain, but she was so patient and kind the entire time. I was quite stressed and probably called her a few times a day, especially with issues caused by solicitors, but she was always polite, reassuring, and did everything she could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. I honestly can’t recommend Sue highly enough — her support made all the difference.
