Our agent Grace Leslie was brilliant. She is a warm approachable person, who obviously did a thorough analysis of the market and got our house sold very quickly. She produced excellent marketing blurb and photographs. Grace gave us wise advice on potential buyers and their offers and we ended up with a good sale price from reliable purchasers. She also worked very hard to make the selling process as smooth as possible, liaising with solicitors and other estate agents in the chain when necessary.
Grace worked hard for us and more than earned her fee. If we move again we will want to have Grace as our agent!

From start to finish Sara Maxwell (Leamington Spa) was just fabulous.

We did not have an easy sale, nothing to do with estate agents just the drama of moving house after 20+ years.

From giving us design sale tips, to helping us find solicitors, to reassuring us about some challenging bumps, Sara was professional, warm, reassuring, she chased down solicitors on either side, she was extremely hands on, she got to know our property and it’s story, and genuinely - I would absolutely recommend her in a heartbeat for anybody selling in leamington and Warwickshire.

She’s an ambassador for the area, know’s her stuff, and she’s also the type you can just spill your heart to when it all can get a little stressful.

Videos were the best on rightmove, marketing was well thought out, social was reaching and warm and real.

Warren is an amazing estate agent. He is extremely responsive, and helped me move into my new flat really efficiently. Without exaggeration, his work attitude might be the best I've ever seen since I came to the UK 5 years ago.

Moreover, since I moved in, Renato helped me getting a broken pipe get fixed quickly. Overall, I'd highly recommend renting with Properly, it feels like heaven and hell compared to student accommodation management.

Warren made the whole move-in process super easy! He's very attentive always replied to my WhatsApp messages super quickly, which I really appreciated. He actually managed to get me the keys to my new place a few days early by coordinating with the previous tenant. Thanks to him, I didn't miss out on this amazing flat in Hampton Tower with an amazing view.

While there was a little emergency on move-in day, Warren sorted it out right away. Overall, he's also a really nice, kind person who cares about his clients.
