Katie provided an outstanding service progressing the sale of my shared ownership flat to completion. There were challenges at every stage, Katie was incredibly persistent resolving these, keeping me updated and explaining next steps and options. We were extremely lucky to have Megan Hewitt allocated to oversee our daughter’s first property purchase. Megan was fantastic from start to finish and kept us fully updated with developments throughout the process. Megan was always quick to reply to any queries that we had and with her kind support, she managed push through the purchase which did encounter some delays, which were outside of her control.
Megan is first class at her job and without her dedication and professionalism we would probably still be awaiting the exchange of contracts!
