We have recently viewed and had an offer accepted on a property through Robin King. We worked with Emily who has been brilliant in all areas. Emily showed us around the property, answered all questions we had and anything she was unsure of she said she would find out and get back to us - which she did! I have communicated with Emily through both email and via phone, communication has been easy, and she has always responded timely in a professional manner. I can absolutely recommend Emily (especially) and Robin King to any individuals looking for a new home- we have found our dream place through them and enjoyed the process considerably!

For our 'already let' property (not even with Robin King Estate Agents), we sought very detailed advice from Vicky, Head of Lettings, to initiate an HMO application. On her very own desk, this comprehensive and detailed process was completed very professionally over a period of some 1 1/2 hours.

We viewed a property in Langford which needed total refurbishment.We were lucky in that Tom MEAKIN was assigned to our two viewings. Whilst he understandably had the interests of his clients best placed he was extremely helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests. In the end we regrettably had to concede that the work necessary was going to be too involved and costly. I felt bad making the ‘bailing out’ phone call but Tom took it in his stride and did his best to ensure that I didn’t feel awkward. An absolute credit to his company. Robin King were fantastic from start to finish. We sold our house through them and they were extremely knowledgeable about the local market and recommended a realistic price. They use a professional photographer for the brochure and the pictures were top quality. As a result, we sold to the first people to view. They kept up the service all the way through to exchange and assisted when the chain collapsed, keeping us positive when things were not going to plan. Their staff are incredibly hard working and responsive and are a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough - we have moved a lot, and Robin King are hands down the best agents we have dealt with.

Kay has also been amazing in communicating with me and helping to get any questions answered and promptly dealt with. She was also great at supporting me with the rental process during set up and since I’ve moved out.

Renting my property for the first time came with a lot of emotions and the unknown but my mind has been put at ease knowing that the team have worked hard to find great tenants and will support me in whatever is needed throughout the process.

We purchased a property through Robin King and they were amazing..... here's why.
Every time we had cause to call them, whoever answered the phone, was polite, helpful and well informed.
There were a number of difficulties with the sale due to the size of the chain (absolutely nothing to do with Robin King) and throughout they remained helpful and committed to a timely completion.
Special mention goes to Tom Meakin who did an fantastic job of negotiating a fair deal, with consideration to all parties and keeping us informed, throughout a long drawn out, and at times miserable experience caused by inefficient / lazy / incompetent solicitors!

Hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever used. Tom looked after us from start to finish and even when on leave someone else would answer any query very quickly. Was spot on with our evaluation and got us a price we were more than happy with. Nothing was too much to ask, even if we did call everyday for updates and questions (sorry Tom). Even after completion we been looked after. So hats off to the whole team as they all seem to look out for each other during the whole process.
