Harry was great from the very beginning of the process - always incredibly informative and knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions that we had. Harry went above and beyond to accommodate multiple viewings for us and made us feel supported throughout. Having viewed several properties with other agents during our search, Harry always stood out as the most professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide useful information about the property’s history, pricing, neighbourhood and wider area, which made us feel confident and well-informed throughout the process. Another thank you to Mea from the sales progression team, who genuinely kept me sane throughout what turned out to be a 6 month process (due to circumstances beyond anyone's control). Mea's communication was always prompt, clear, and very reassuring which was much appreciated as two first time buyers. Mea was always there, on hand to answer questions and resolve any issues along the way. She truly went the extra mile for us and we cannot thank her enough.

Excellent selling experience with Stirling Ackroyd in Egham. A viewing was arranged as soon as we had contacted Mark about wanting to sell - and this first viewing led to a sale which was a very smooth process. Good, friendly communication along the way from Mark and Harry who was also very helpful re managing the completion. Have no hesitation in recommending!

We have completed a move to Egham from the South coast. It took a year, but they were extremely helpful. A particular shout out to Ben the Manager who kept a look out for the property we were looking for after one fell through last Autumn. True to his word in early spring this year he contacted us and he pointed us to the property we bought, getting the keys last week

Harry kept in regular contact and always called me back if he was out of the office. If you are selling in the Egham area I would highly recommend Stirling Ackroyd over the other prominent agent in the area who did not even bother to to call us back after their much lower valuation.
