We had such a stressful time searching for flats in the area before contacting the Stow Brothers where Holly went above and beyond to secure us a flat in such a limited amount of time. She was extremely communicative and honestly helped us so so much. Definitely the best estate agent I’ve had in the last 4 years I’ve been renting in London!!

I cannot speak of James highly enough. I've viewed around 40 properties at this point with various estate agents around London, and can honestly say this was the best experience I've had. James was super knowledgeable about the area, gave some amazing advice, and most of all wasn't the usual estate-agent-sales-guy. The properties The Stow Brothers have seem to be much nicer than other agents, and whilst I haven't (yet!) found a place to buy through these guys, I hope there is somewhere I can offer on just to work with them again.

After searching for a flat for over 2 months, we had a flat viewing with Ingrid who was completely transparent about the flat, how competitive the offering process was, and other options that would be coming to market in the coming weeks. This was incredibly refreshing considering the experience we’d had with other estate agents who’d lied to us about the number of people viewing a flat, whether there were off market options, and had tried to upsell us at every turn. Ingrid is in my opinion, what an estate agent should be. She has communicated with us so thoroughly and has left us with no questions on next steps. Having rented in London for 6 years, this is by far my best experience getting a flat. I felt like she was genuinely invested in us getting a flat that we liked and we’re so excited to love in. A HUGE thanks to Ingrid and the Stow Brothers team and I’d recommend anyone looking for a flat to work with them.

Having previously had a very disappointing experience with another estate agent in the area, I can honestly say that Stow Brothers have restored my faith that not all estate agents are the same.

From the outset, Eva’s enthusiasm, professionalism and determination to sell our property were evident. What impressed me most was that this commitment did not stop once the contract was signed. Throughout the entire process, she remained proactive, engaged and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us.

The results speak for themselves. Within just two weeks, Stow Brothers achieved what another well-known local agent had failed to do in almost a year…… they sold our property!

Whilst the conveyancing process has unfortunately dragged on, that is certainly no reflection on Eva or the wider team. Lachlan was always available to assist, chase matters when needed and keep things moving wherever possible.

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do it is usually because I have had a particularly poor experience. However, on this occasion I felt compelled to leave one because excellent service deserves recognition.

If you are thinking of selling a property in Hackney, I would strongly recommend speaking with the team at Stow Brothers. Based on my experience, you will not be disappointed.

We recently sold our property with Stow Brothers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. We have been incredibly impressed with the dedication and support we received throughout the entire process.
We have been blown away by Victoria, our sales advisor, who has been available 24/7 to answer all our questions and help problem solve all the hurdles we faced. Her level of support truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. She was absolutely incredible.
It made such a difference having someone we could call to discuss issues and work through solutions together, rather than feeling like we were dealing with everything alone. As we were in the middle of the chain, communication was vital, and Victoria worked tirelessly to keep information flowing between all parties.
