There’s a real art to breaking down a complex process in a way that makes sense when you’re doing it for the first time, and Eva does that effortlessly. She's always one step ahead, never letting anything drift, like a superhuman. Almost like having a good friend by your side who has your best interests in mind. Also, being an all-round fantastic (and hilarious) person makes more of a difference than you’d think in this daunting process, trust me. She clearly jobs her love, people!

Lachlan was the most proactive person working in the chain, incredibly helpful, stayed in touch and throughout the process, and made the calls to get things agreed and pushed through. I would work with him again in an instant, and he's the only person I can say that about with everyone involved. It's worth saying that he wasn't even my agent

She secured me a beautiful river side, first time let in Fish Island at lightning speed. Viewed on Tuesday, agreed and sorted by Friday.

My circumstances weren’t straightforward, but Lauren went out of her way to make it work. She handled negotiations with the landlord brilliantly and helped structure an arrangement so the tenancy could proceed. I genuinely don’t think this would have happened without her persistence and care.

She was calm, responsive, human, and relentlessly helpful throughout. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled with total professionalism and empathy.

Absolutely amazing experience with Stow Brothers! I have just bought my first property and had James as my estate agent. He was very kind and lovely. He took the time to go through everything with me as I did not know the processes well. I really appreciated that and he was an absolutely dream to work with. I then put in an offer and had a terrible time with my solicitor (as I did not go through the Stow Brothers recommendation solicitor and went with my own choice). Thankfully Tiffany at Stow Brothers worked continuously to ensure everything was sorted and chased the awful solicitor to ensure it was sorted by my completion date. She was unbelievably helpful and I probably would have lost the property without her. Cannot recommend Stow Brothers enough and their whole team. Thank you Tiffany and James!!
