We had a really positive experience with The Stow Brothers during our purchase. Communication was clear throughout and the team were always easy to get hold of.
Anita in particular was excellent. She was very responsive, proactive with chasing updates, and always happy to check details with the sellers when we needed clarification. That was especially valuable towards the end of the process, when timing became more important and there were a few things that needed resolving quickly. She kept us informed, followed things up promptly and made the process feel much more straightforward. We really appreciated her help and would happily recommend both Anita and The Stow Brothers.

We recently sold our home using Stow Brothers. Their whole process of getting our house on the market and sold felt entirely pain-free. We went on in late-February and had an above asking price offer by mid-March, with the photos and management of viewings excellent, sorted by Amy Oliver. Whilst the sales process had a few unavoidable, but irritating issues, Tiffany Theobald was brilliant in keeping the buyers informed and exercised huge patience with us throughout, and showed the right level of assertiveness with other parties in the process throughout. Gok was our initial point of contact and did a fantastic job bringing the house to the market, pushing the teams to get the listing live quickly. He then handed it over to Kevin, who was brilliant with the viewings and tenant referencing.
