Me and my partner were looking for a new place to live in London, which can be a big challenge, but with The Stow Brothers we managed to rent a beautiful flat and felt that we were in safe hands throughout such a stressful process. They have been very welcoming and helpful, and Ryan Goullée, whom we had the most contact with, was warm and accommodating as well as professional throughout the process of securing our tenancy and getting everything in order.

Hands down the best estate agent in Walthamstow.

We're really pleased with the service, which is much better than what we've experienced in previous rentals in London.

I’m not sure how stow brothers are getting good reviews. We purchased our property through them and they were terrible. Completely unprofessional approach by the stow brother sales department . They refused to assist with enquiries that were raised from our survey report. Harassed us asking “are you done yet with your survey report/ further professional assessment of the property”. They also ignored emails sent when we asked for an invoice when we were due to share the costs of work.

Did not calm the sale chain, instead raised anxiety and constantly threatened to pull out.
Would never sell or buy with them again.

We can't recommend Stow Brothers and especially Mia enough. We just bought our first house and Mia made the whole process so much smoother. She was clear, communicative, friendly, assertive and helpful throughout. She knew exactly what she was talking about and managed the (inevitable with every house purchase) stressful moments seem very doable. Don't hesitate to go with Stow Brothers, they are a slick & well oiled machine, and if you are lucky enough to work with Mia then your purchase/sale will be a breeze! We also viewed many properties in our house hunt & Stow Brothers had the best ones by far, at a fair price. We also went with their recommended broker and solicitor & both were excellent. Our friends have already signed up to their mailing list.
