We have recently rented through Stow Brothers, dealing with Tom from the Wanstead office and had a great experience throughout. All communications have been easy and efficient, the referencing process is managed via a portal, it made it quick and straightforward. Having multiple offices also made it easier to show documents etc. Would def recommend.

We recently rented a flat managed by Stow Brothers. The experience with regards to the letting process, background verification and other processes were handled very well, no complaints there. Communication was quick and timely.
However the reason for 3 stars (which would be 2.5 if google let me) is that we have had a terrible experience getting the approved contractors or handymen to visit and fix things around the house. The associated contractors and handymen are highly unprofessional, try cutting corners where possible and lack a basic sense of responsibility. For more than a month, it has just been back and forth with the agency and these handymen. The fixes were highly required by us to help us settle down at the new place but the delays have been frustrating. Although the letting agency does their best to control the damage, I really wish they had a better team of contractors.

Tom and the team were very communicative and helpful from the start. Would recommend!
