I sent in my i-Pad Pro due to a battery issue. After not hearing back, I called and was informed they were busy and that the problem wasn’t the battery but a motherboard fault, which explained the delay. A week or two later, it was repaired at a reasonable fixed cost much cheaper than replacing the device. My main concern was my data, as everything is stored on it, but it was returned safely. They even sent me a YouTube link explaining how to back up my data, which was very helpful for someone not very tech‑savvy.
