We moved into a rental from Woods. They were easy to deal with, comunicated with us well and we even had a gift box when we moved in with air fresheners around the house. Nice touch

Confirmed viewing 2 days ago with email and 1 hour prior via phone.
They informed they do not have the keys 5 mins before the viewing and called back 10 minutes after I left that they found it.Total waste of time.

Bailey is extremely knowledgable and went above and beyond to ensure the right property was secured for me and my family. He made the progress stress free and assured us at every opportunity could not recommend Bailey any more!!

I would like to commend the staff that work here due to their helpfulness and friendliness. The query they helped us out with was more wedding related than lettings related but they were wonderful. Thank you so much for your admin assistance, it really meant a lot! Highly recommend if you want an agent that will go above and beyond.

Joe was a huge help with my first home purchase, explaining everything clearly and saving me £30 a month – that’s £1,800 over 5 years. Big thanks as well to James for helping me find the most suitable property. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We are having such a very bad experience with Woods. We pay deposit for rent £400 and we make the enquiry for the touch up the house and cleaning before we move in and we have been waiting for 2 weeks for the landlord to answer but there is no answer about it during the waiting time we do the financing and other documents along and we just move to the UK from Thailand for 25 years (lived in Thailand) we clearly do not have the credit record in the UK and Woods asked us to give them the access to our bank account which is highly risk for us we don’t want to do it therefore we asked can we pay upfront 12 months we agree to rent and we agree to pay and they are the one to refuse us so clearly we cannot proceed …..and they don’t give the refund. What do you think about it. I have copy every emails as evidence. Our deposit is held even know we offer to pay upfront. Pls beware the credit check is mandatory and they will retain your deposit if fail to comply even you offer to pay upfront the full rent.
