This company reached out to me when I was looking to have my automobile shipped from Tucson, Arizona to New Orleans, Louisiana. They were very courteous and professional. Several companies reached out to me, but they were giving me ridiculously low prices that I knew they would not honor. Express Auto Transportation gave me a competitive price, explained everything that the company had to offer, and stayed in touch, without being overly aggressive or pushy. The representative, Mr. Nick, Maren, was courteous at all times, provided pictures of their shipping equipment that they use, and I was very impressed. I eventually donated my car to charity, so I was unable to use their services, but if the opportunity ever presents itself again, this is definitely the company I would go with.

I filled out an online form promising to connect me with car transport companies and my text messages and email blew up immediately. One of the replies was from Justin Davis at Xpress Auto Transportation. His bid for the job was competitive and his customer service was prompt as well as warm and professional. Agents from some of the other companies used high-pressure tactics right from the start, or their bids were as much as twice Justin's offer. I was feeling a little sketched out by the process, to be honest, so I had a lot of questions and asked Justin to jump through extra hoops so I could vet and verify him and his company. He could have been offended, but he just kept working with me until I was comfortable and reassured. On top of everything else, he was very kind and personable. I don't think I could have been better served.
