I had a great experience with Yellowfin Logistics transporting my new vehicle. Their price wasn’t the absolute cheapest quote I received, but it was competitive, and more importantly, they were completely transparent about the cost. The price I agreed to was exactly what I paid, no surprise fees, no last-minute increases, and no games once it was time to assign a driver.

Danielle was very helpful and maintained good communication. They picked my vehicle up on the day promised, kept me updated, and actually delivered it a day earlier than expected. Everything went smoothly from pickup at the dealership to delivery at its final destination.

After hearing so many stories about low transport quotes suddenly increasing once a carrier is assigned, I really appreciated dealing with a company that was straightforward from beginning to end. Update 5-1-26: after 4 weeks I did get a call from a manager and he promptly refunded my deposit of $200. I have updated my 1 star to a 3 star. They didn’t pickup my truck and the communication was not very good. But they did give my my money back.

Working with one of the manager Emile, very professional, responded my phone calls and questions quickly. Reasonable price shipping my car from FL to IL. They do need put small deposit first and the rest of the payment was made to the driver which is reasonable. Will definitely use the company again in the future. Happy with the service.

I have used this company a few times now for my car transport as I am a traveling therapist. I have always had the best experience and my car was always picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Athina is a great point of contact and is always very informative and helpful whenever I have questions. The rates are also some of the lowest i’ve seen! Yellowfin Logisitcs was the highlight of our cross country move. We were moving from Las Vegas, NV down to Columbia, SC. We had two vehicles to relocate. Everything from the communication down to the cost was perfect. We had very good communication with everyone involved. Our vehicles were picked up tuesday morning, and we had them down in SC by friday morning. Everyone was extremely professional, and the price was unbeatable. Other companies were quoting me nearly double! Highly reccomend!

I have worked with Jason on two separate occasions to move a vehicle that was purchased out of state.

I even attempted to use Shiply and a different shipping agency in between, only because I forgot to save the number from years before for Jason. The shiply website was a bust and didn't list Yellowfin, they all promised fast delivery and couldn't deliver and had slow communication. The one company had my listing for over 2 weeks without even calling me or texting what they were doing.

Jason was fast to text me and showed real flexibility, creativity, and transparency in getting the vehicle shipped. They took the frustration away. When I need to ship another vehicle I will definitely use Yellowfin and Jason again.

On comparatively short notice, I had to have my car moved from Scottsdale to Santa Fe.

I went online and posted the need. I received many, many quotes with prices being $100’s of dollars apart.

When I first started looking into shipping my vehicle I was blasted with various companies trying to get me to book with them. After a few quick searches I chose Yellowfin. Admittedly I had no idea what I was doing. But Yellowfin seemed to have the least amount of one star reviews. I was quoted $795 with only having to pay $95 upfront. My direct contact was Chuck. The day before they were supposed to pick up my vehicle, I received a call from one of their competitors who essentially began to yell at me the moment they learned I booked Yellowfin. After some back and forth, the competitor gave me something of a challenge. He told me to call Yellowfin back and ask anything basic questions such as if there would be a price increase and if they guaranteed that my vehicle would be picked up when they said because as the competitor said "I'm a dispatcher and I can guarantee there are no trucks leaving from ..... to Pennsylvania on Wednesday." Now I did not need to ask either of those questions because I already had and Chuck had guaranteed nothing would happen. But I was apprehensive because I did start doing digging and learned the difference between a brokerage and an actual driver, and I did have some concerns. Chuck addressed them all each time I called, only failing to pick up the phone once in the entire week of conversations. He then had the dispatcher call me to ease my fears. They confirmed my pick up as well as all the notes I had mentioned about said vehicle. Well the day of happens and I talk to the service company and they tell me that my vehicle would be picked up in by 6 that day even though I was told 2-4 pm by the dispatcher. I reached out to Chuck, a little rude on my part, and within minutes I received notification that the driver would arrive in an hour. Mind you, I am in Pennsylvania and the vehicle was many states away. The driver called me, and didn't know any of the notes I had put in about the vehicle, and barely spoke enough English for me to explain the situation to him. He couldn't find the key and then even hung up on me. I called him, the service, and the dispatcher back but I got no response. I called Chuck, who immediately answered and I explained everything. He managed to get everything fixed and my car shipped. That brings me to today. Driver has me meet him in a different location which was fine. But then demanded cash or Zelle, neither of which could be done as I was told my card was ok for payment. Driver started making phone calls but got no where but I called Chuck. Within minutes suddenly the driver could then take Cash App even though he claimed just minutes before he could not. Then he charged me another $50 on top of the already agreed upon price. I paid it because I needed my vehicle more than the 50. Afterwards I called Chuck and explained and he said that he would take care of any discrepancy in price and would refund me. Despite me being irate at times, Chuck did his job. He was professional and got the job done. Most of the problems lie on the driver. Chuck even came through on his promise to refund me when the carrier overcharged me. Thank you Chuck and Yellowfin.

I had my car shipped across the country through Yellowfin by a driver named Andriy Tanchev. They gave me an amazing price and Andriy was friendly, communicative, experienced, and quick with delivery! I would absolutely use them again.

she took xare of everything from door to door andcwe are totally satisfiedwith the delivery.

Be careful of other Trucking companys. If they ask for your credit card, find another trucking company like this one. Yellowfin Trucking will not ask for money up front. You pay when your car is delivered. And upur price does not change from there quote.

I needed my Trailblazer shipped and on the recommendation of a friend, used Yellowfin Logistics. I have used auto shippers 6 to 7 times previously and can say without reservation, by far the best experience I’ve encountered was from Tianna. She was immediately responsive to my many questions, accommodated my last-minute schedule change and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
