Fantastic estate agents. I had Phil Swingler in charge of my house sale. He is a really personable and charismatic man with a great mind for the market. He made a really stressful process as smooth as it could possibly have been for us and I am incredibly thankful for everything. We originally valued in with a couple of different agents, but decided that Phil was the most "no nonsense, straightforward and realistic".
