I found Josh by word of mouth. I interviewed two high street estate agents along with Josh and decided to go with Josh. My first impression was that he was very professional, and was easy to be around. I found myself telling him my life story, and the story of the house. He was not rushed, and I felt that if i were a buyer looking at the house I would also not feel rushed or distracted or pressurised and would have time to relax and get a good impression of the house. It also seemed a big advantage to me that myself and our buyer have access to our agent at any time or day and not just office hours and that myself and the buyer had one point of contact to refer to. Josh has a very calm and calming quality which is valuable to have around what is a very stressful situation. I found him a good listener and was available though Whatsapp and mobile whenever I had a question or needed to talk. I think having Josh as our agent made the whole experience much more personal and less stressful. Chris Paris
