Can't recommend Josh highly enough. After listing two properties with a larger, local firm who did nothing to promote them we switched to a more personal service. What a difference. Josh was pro-active and really communicative. The circumstances of our sales weren't straightforward but Josh made it so easy and kept us informed every step of the way. He dealt with potential buyers professionally and always delivered exactly what he promised, on time. He gave consistent, honest, clear advice and chased solicitors in our complicated chain when legal professionals wouldn't - he saved my sanity!
