Josh was very helpful throughout the buying process. He spoke to my solicitors when they didn't get back to me and gave me moral support when things got very stressful. I liked the personal touch of meeting me at the new house with the keys, so there wasn't the worry of trying to drop off my old house keys with one estate agent and then driving to another to pick up the new key. The complimentary bottle of bubbly was much appreciated too.
