Cannot praise Josh highly enough. From start to finish he was friendly, helpful and the consummate professional. Having been let down by the service of a high street agent we took a risk and went independent and Josh did not disappoint. The photos, the marketing, keeping in touch with us, the regular updates, every aspect of his service was beyond excellent. The viewings he did were relaxed and he answered questions for the viewers quickly and efficiently. He understood what we wanted to achieve and worked hard to get that. Once we accepted an offer he continued to work hard and keep in touch, getting us over the completion line. He was constantly reassuring, supportive and helped us with every aspect of the sale and move. Choosing to go with Josh was the best choice and our only regret is that we didn’t choose him sooner!!
