We chose Kraig as our agent as we wanted the person who was meeting prospective buyers to be the person who we’d instructed to sell the house. Kraig was then able to express the points we’d made to him about why we loved the house to buyers. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, his communication with us and the buyers was excellent, he kept pressure up on the solicitors and as a result we ended up exchanging in 6 weeks.
