Selling a home is always going to be stressful and so factoring out as much stress as possible is key to keeping sane! For our sale, taking on Kraig Butler of eXp was a no-brainer, having bought and sold our previous properties through him (some 10 years ago) and even though it was a leap of faith on our part to move away from the traditional high-street estate agents to the eXp on-line model, with Kraig driving the selling process, we had full confidence in him to deliver for us. From day 1 the process went as smoothly as could be. With impeccable communication throughout starting with the production of the excellent publicity materials, (including a brilliant video presentation of the property) to the personalised showings (with immediate feedback) to the liaising with solicitors, our confidence in Kraig to go forward to achieve our target sale price turned out to be well placed. Kraig is in our opinion at the top of his game and his attention to detail in all aspects of our selling process has to be seen to be believed. Furthermore, as well as being totally professional throughout, he is a really pleasant person to deal with. We have now exchanged and it’s a pleasure to be able to say that there wasn’t a single area we can think of that could have been done better!
