Kraig was an absolute pleasure to deal with; friendly and informative, but also keen to do whatever he could to help. He was officially representing our vendor rather than us, but without his pro-active approach to help all parties move things along during the sale process, there would have been s strong likelihood of the chain breaking. Kraig is an absolute star, my wife and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. If we were ever to move again, our first phone call would be to Kraig.
