We are writing this review from a buyer’s perspective. There are a lot of uncertainties in a property transaction. Most of the time, sellers and buyers are just left in the dark and waiting for updates and progress. That’s why a capable estate agent is extremely important. He is the bridge between both parties, to make sure everything is in place and most importantly to resolve problems for both. Leigh did an excellent job in this regard. In our transaction, due to a particular concern, we told Leigh that we may not be able to proceed in the worst case. Leigh used his best effort to secure us. He listened to our concerns and dealt with it swiftly and skillfully. We were extremely impressed by his efficiency and responsiveness.
