WHR Property Management
WHR took over our building management recently from previous company (Haus - highly disrecommebd Haus - so many issues, deceit, no competency), and although it’s only been a month, I’ve been blown away by the level of communication and agility / speed with which they get things done. Specifically, I had sold my flat just as WHR took over management - I had paid previous management for a sales pack, they didn’t reply to any of me or solicitors emails (for a month) turns out this now sat with WHR, and I had to chase Haus for them to refund payment. As soon as I email WHR, they replied instantly and delivered the sales pack within 2 days and for half the amount requested by Haus. Honestly it’s been so easy with them - finally experiencing what a good management company can do. Highly recommend!!
