I rarely do these trust pilot reviews, but I feel so strongly about how much of an impact WHR (Billy and Petra) have had at Jessica House development. I have one of over 60 flats in the development and WHR has been an absolute life saver for myself and all the residents. So I honestly cannot recommend Billy and Petra at WHR Property Management highly enough. When they took over management of our building, the residents had zero trust in Galliard who have behaved despicably. Residents have been stressed and scared after the awful experience with Galliard homes so having Billy and Petra come on board has been a much needed breath of fresh air. What sets them apart is that they clearly care, not just about the building, but about the people who live in it. There are a plethora of positive things to say about WHR but I think there are two main things that stand out for me: 1. Their outstanding communication 2. Their ability to sort out issues quickly but effectively and properly 3. Their genuine kind nature as human beings On communication, WHR are incredibly transparent in every decision they make. They always consult residents, present options, and pursue the right solution rather than the easiest one. As an example, when a serious problem emerged with some a part of our building work, WHR didn’t bury it. They came to residents, explained that things were worse than initially anticipated, set out a clear plan, and delivered on it. Another reflection that I had is how they are great at proactively communicating - for example Petra proactively started producing a monthly newsletter, and when there’s an issue - Billy and Petra are super quick to offer a video call with residents (usually in the evenings). After our last meeting I received 6 WhatsApp messages praising Billy and Petra for being genuinely kind people who care about residents’ safety and wellbeing. With regard to fixing things, WHR have impressive responsive timelines. They somehow manage to fix things quickly but ensure that the job is not a “quick fix” but done properly. They are also able to clear distil the problem, its impact on the building, options for next steps and then suddenly have it sorted and dealt with. I have no idea how they manage to do this - but they consistently deliver. Finally, as people, they’ve shown real care for not just our safety but our happiness and it’s clear that they understand the importance of being happy in your own home. As an example, we have a concierge man on a desk in the building. He is adored by residents, and Billy and Petra made sure he stayed after the handover from Galliard. I’ve never come across a management company that has that kind of thoughtfulness. As a director of the residents’ group across 60+ flats, I can tell you that every single resident has come to me to express relief and gratitude since Billy and Petra came on board. When an issue arises there’s no longer mass panic. Residents barely worry at all because there is huge trust within Billy and Petra. The feeling in the building has shifted and people have discussed how they feel calmer, more secure, and looked after. Thank you so much to both of you at WHR for everything you’ve done for us.
