We are the buyers of a property being sold using this company and for 4 months all they have achieved is to ignore all parties involved, including their own client despite daily chases. Even when the issue was escalated we were ignore for weeks. If you can get through to these people on the phone there's always 'the dog ate my homework' types of excuses. On the day of completion after taking their money they suddenly decided that a crucial document was missing and delayed the process even further. To say they are the experts in conveyancing and property law is an utter scandal.
