Unfortunately our experience with Aconveyancing was not good at all. As well as generally feeling as if the solicitors were not on top of our purchase, numerous errors and confusion occurred - including forgetting to send me in the contract, sending the wrong mortgage report letter, no instructions on how to sign the mortgage deed, no confirmation if the deposit money had been received, not checking what was included in the sale when sellers asked for more money, not officially confirming when contracts were exchanged, miscalculating the final statement amount on completion day, generally not updating us in a timely manner, and finally ignoring our post-sale enquiries. This, along with the company not having a milestone tracker where you can see which steps of the complicated process have been completed (something which almost all conveyancers have!) made for a very poor and disappointing experience with Aconveyacning, and would therefore not recommend to any prospective customers.
