I would like to take a moment to recognise Marc and Saoire for the outstanding service they both provided throughout our purchase. They were consistently cheerful and approachable, kept us fully informed at every stage of the process, and were extremely flexible when arranging viewing times, which we really appreciated. Marc was exceptional in managing the sale of our property. He was always on top of things, proactively chasing progress where needed, and was consistently helpful and reliable throughout. Saoire supported us from the outset and assisted with our initial sale before it unfortunately fell through. She remained incredibly positive and took the time to give us helpful advice and tips on how best to market the house. At one point we lost hope, but Saoire stayed reassuring and committed, ensuring us that she would look after us. Overall, Balgores were a pleasure to work with. They were flexible, professional, and made the entire experience far easier than expected. This was very much down to the professionalism and positive attitude of the whole team.
