As first time buyers purchasing our new home, the service we received from Abbie, Donna, Michelle and the whole team at Balgores was brilliant. We had a very long wait for our chain to become complete but Abbie kept us updated throughout and made sure we didn't feel forgotten. She was extremely professional but personable at the same time and we wouldn't hesitate to go through her if we decide to sell in future. Whilst most people grumble about estate agents, we had a brilliant experience and felt very lucky! - highly recommend.
