I had a very frustrating experience with this company. The agent Asim and conveyancer Nadeem showed a complete lack of professionalism. I was following up for more than a month to get the NOC , and they didn’t even submit the request. In the end, I had to step in myself and use my own connections to get the VCM NOC issued within 2 days. After that, I tried multiple times—calls, messages, and emails—to get the necessary documents from the owner’s side to complete the process, but there has been no response at all. As of today, I am still waiting with no updates. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
