This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The agent Asim and the conveyancing agent Nadeem were very unprofessional throughout the entire process. I had been requesting the NOC for over a month, and they didn’t even apply for it. Once I got involved myself and used my own connections with Azizi, I was able to get the VCM NOC issued within just 2 days. After that, I kept calling, sending messages, and emails to get the required documents from the owner’s side so I could finalize the NOC myself, but no one is responding at all. Even today, while writing this review, I still haven’t received any response and the process is not completed. I do not recommend this company at all—very unprofessional and unreliable.
