My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The agent Asim and conveyancer Nadeem were highly unprofessional and unresponsive. I had been requesting the NOC for over a month, and no action was taken from their side. Only after I got involved personally and used my own connections was I able to get the VCM NOC issued within 2 days. Since then, I have been trying continuously—through calls, messages, and emails—to obtain the remaining documents from the owner’s side to finalize the process myself, but no one is replying. Even now, there is no response and the matter is still unresolved. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this company at all.
