BUYER : We recently had an offer accepted through Holden Copley, we were dealing directly with Ben at the Long Eaton branch. Ben was solid throughout the negotiation process and we felt that he was quite transparent and supportive considering he's working for the vendor, so I guess that means he's good at his job. I feel we got a fair price in the end. And if I was the seller I would be confident he did his best to get them the best price he could. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when searching for a new home.
