Currently purchasing a flat in Belsize Park with this agency (we've just exchanged contracts). I've found the assigned agent, Jamie Jacobs, to be communicative, cooperative and courteous. Furthermore, they helped me find a surveyor, which was very useful. Overall it's been a good experience, and I would gladly recommend the agency.
