I asked Billingham & Co for a valuation for a property owned by someone I have power of attorney for. Jez from the Wollaston/Stourbridge office came out and explained the options and how the sale process by modern auction worked. Selling a leasehold property that I knew very little about by auction was new territory for me. Jez made the whole journey easy for me, went out of his way to do things I wouldn't have expected him to do to support a very quick sale and did everything at pace. Recently bought a house through Billingham's, thank you to Gemma & the team for making it an easy process and answering any questions I had.

Recently bought a buy to let through Billinghams. I dealt with Gemma from sales Stourbridge office. Can't thank Gemma enough for her efforts. She showed me around the property several times both before and during the sales process. She was very professional, friendly and informative throughout. Highly recommended and if you do have the pleasure of dealing with her, cadbury's chocolate is a great way of saying thank you.

Billinghams got the the sale through despite difficult market conditions after a tortuous chain sale process. Jez Rhead did a great job in holding the chain together when it looked as though it was falling apart.

It's taken awhile to get around to doing this, Jez sold our house approx 20 months ago..... It's a 5* review from us though.... we've sold a few house's in our time but Jez @ Billingham's gets top marks as this sale was totally stress free. His communication skills were second to none, he definitely knows his job & the market. He makes it his business to know the chain and everyone in it....... sorry its taken a while but i have had you in mind because i needed to share this with everybody....... no hesitation I definitely would use you again!
