I had a viewing booked, but the agency failed to contact the tenant in advance. I rearranged my day and travelled to attend, only to be turned away with no clear explanation or next steps.
What’s particularly frustrating is that I was told this was the only available time due to multiple viewings scheduled that day. That clearly wasn’t the case, which raises concerns about how appointments are being managed and communicated internally.
The overall experience felt highly unprofessional. Phone calls are consistently unanswered, and I ultimately had to visit the office in person just to try and arrange a viewing.
