Catherine was very helpful from start to finish with my house purchase. She quickly picked up my case after it was handed over from another member of staff and got up to speed without any issues.

Although the seller’s solicitors were quite slow, she consistently chased them and kept things moving. She gave regular updates and clearly explained each stage of the process, which made everything easier to follow.

I’ve worked with this conveyancing firm before and would highly recommend them for both affordability and quality of service. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Experts in creating delays. We are the buyers of a property being sold using this company and for 4 months all they have achieved is to ignore all parties involved, including their own client despite daily chases. Even when the issue was escalated we were ignore for weeks. If you can get through to these people on the phone there's always 'the dog ate my homework' types of excuses. On the day of completion after taking their money they suddenly decided that a crucial document was missing and delayed the process even further. To say they are the experts in conveyancing and property law is an utter scandal.

We cannot recommend Jane Hilton of Aconveyancing highly enough. Jane has acted for both our son and ourselves on our respective property purchases in the last 12 months. Should we require conveyancing services again we would certainly be asking Jane to act on our behalf.

The worst conveyancing firm I have ever dealt with and Kareena has been the world conveyancer. Lazy, slow to respond, and quite literally lied to us blaming the other party for delays but had been caught out on multiple occasions when I had evidence direct from the buyers solicitor.
I have used them for several purchases before but be warned - do not use them!

I have used AConveyancing for both my house sale and my parents house sale and previously for change of ownership .
In all cases there was excellent communication and the process was smooth considering the sale fell through several times , the conveyancing was excellent .

I suspect, like so many other times in life, the experience we have of a company is as a result of the individual we interact with. It may have been my bad luck that my sale fell-through or it may have been the way the transaction was handled...I'll never know. I did not have the impression that my contact was completely comfortable with the complexities encountered during my sale-attempt but will never know if my perception was reality. I have now switched to a more traditional form of Solicitors/ conveyancers to see if they can complete the sale this time. Only then will I be able to judge properly. Would I use Aconveyancing again...no.

I have been very impressed with Jess Moore with her pro active follow up with clients and quotes using A Conveyancing along with superb customer service . 5 stars is not enough ! :)

Unfortunately our experience with Aconveyancing was not good at all. As well as generally feeling as if the solicitors were not on top of our purchase, numerous errors and confusion occurred - including forgetting to send me in the contract, sending the wrong mortgage report letter, no instructions on how to sign the mortgage deed, no confirmation if the deposit money had been received, not checking what was included in the sale when sellers asked for more money, not officially confirming when contracts were exchanged, miscalculating the final statement amount on completion day, generally not updating us in a timely manner, and finally ignoring our post-sale enquiries.

This, along with the company not having a milestone tracker where you can see which steps of the complicated process have been completed (something which almost all conveyancers have!) made for a very poor and disappointing experience with Aconveyacning, and would therefore not recommend to any prospective customers.

We hadn’t moved house for over 25 years so were a bit out of practice. Aconveyancing were fantastic. We were kept in the loop with timings and information and when things needed a gentle push this was done in a timely and professional way. Moving is a stressful time - Aconveyancing ensured that our questions were answered in a friendly and helpful way.

Highly recommend Jane at AConveyancing. Jane is supportive, knowledgeable and highly professional. She was there to support us every step of the buying and selling process.

We used A conveyancing for a sale only. Although our sale took almost 6 months to go through this was down to hold ups from our buyers side. Jane was really helpful throughout and we would use A conveyancing again if needed.
