Selling a home is always going to be stressful and so factoring out as much stress as possible is key to keeping sane!

For our sale, taking on Kraig Butler of eXp was a no-brainer, having bought and sold our previous properties through him (some 10 years ago) and even though it was a leap of faith on our part to move away from the traditional high-street estate agents to the eXp on-line model, with Kraig driving the selling process, we had full confidence in him to deliver for us.
