Can’t recommend Josh enough!
Josh has been so incredibly helpful with selling our house, we’ll definitely use his services for any future house purchase! He was previously recommended to us and there is no comparison to high street estate agents with the effort he goes too… He’s very quick at responding with updates and our solicitor appreciates his efforts to always go the extra mile to make sure everything’s provided as quickly as possible. My head is still spinning from Josh’s completion of our tenancy in 8 days!! From viewing to signing took 7 days and we moved in on the 8th day. I found Josh by word of mouth. I interviewed two high street estate agents along with Josh and decided to go with Josh.

My first impression was that he was very professional, and was easy to be around. I found myself telling him my life story, and the story of the house.

He was not rushed, and I felt that if i were a buyer looking at the house I would also not feel rushed or distracted or pressurised and would have time to relax and get a good impression of the house.

It also seemed a big advantage to me that myself and our buyer have access to our agent at any time or day and not just office hours and that myself and the buyer had one point of contact to refer to.

Josh has a very calm and calming quality which is valuable to have around what is a very stressful situation.

I found him a good listener and was available though Whatsapp and mobile whenever I had a question or needed to talk.

I think having Josh as our agent made the whole experience much more personal and less stressful.

Can't recommend Josh highly enough. After listing two properties with a larger, local firm who did nothing to promote them we switched to a more personal service. What a difference. Josh was pro-active and really communicative. The circumstances of our sales weren't straightforward but Josh made it so easy and kept us informed every step of the way. He dealt with potential buyers professionally and always delivered exactly what he promised, on time. He gave consistent, honest, clear advice and chased solicitors in our complicated chain when legal professionals wouldn't - he saved my sanity! Josh was very helpful throughout the buying process. He spoke to my solicitors when they didn't get back to me and gave me moral support when things got very stressful. I liked the personal touch of meeting me at the new house with the keys, so there wasn't the worry of trying to drop off my old house keys with one estate agent and then driving to another to pick up the new key. The complimentary bottle of bubbly was much appreciated too.

Cannot praise Josh highly enough. From start to finish he was friendly, helpful and the consummate professional. Having been let down by the service of a high street agent we took a risk and went independent and Josh did not disappoint. The viewings he did were relaxed and he answered questions for the viewers quickly and efficiently. He understood what we wanted to achieve and worked hard to get that. Once we accepted an offer he continued to work hard and keep in touch, getting us over the completion line.
